Description:
Keep ratio doesn't do anything for a shape (get's unchecked after re-opening
dialog)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Draw a rectangle
3. Right click the shape.. 
4. Position and size -> Position and size tab
5. Check keep ratio
6. Press OK
7. Step 3/4 -> notice keep ratio being unchecked

Actual Results:
Unchecked keep ratio

Expected Results:
Checked


Reproducible: Always
