Description:
Image dimensions not retained after cut/paste from caption frame to document

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 173985
2. Right click the image
3. insert caption frame
4. Type a name: say a
5. press OK
6. select the image (not the frame)
7. Cut
8. Paste somewhere in the document

Actual Results:
Page filling image

Expected Results:
Size prior adding a caption frame


Reproducible: Always
