Description:
Trying to check for extension updates, I am recently seeing this error message
very frequently.  I believe it does not depend on the LibO code, but on the
infrastructure on your servers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibO
2. Open extension manager
3. Check for updates

Actual Results:
Frequently getting the error in summary

Expected Results:
There should not be such error


Reproducible: Always
