Description:
Converting a spreadsheet using soffice --headless --convert-to csv file.ods
results in a file with an invalid byte sequence when the source file contains a
"£" symbol (GBP, UK pound sign).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create spreadsheet with a cell containing a £ symbol
2. Use soffice --headless --convert-to csv file
3. Note that CSV file contains invalid Unicode data
Actual Results:
File that's broken and can't be opened by apps that check Unicode
Expected Results:
A valid file that opens correctly
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I have the UK Language Pack installed - I don't know if this is related
