Example file from Writer with the problematic block arrows

The attached example file contains Writer block arrows that were found to be
exported incorrectly to docx: their customization point is missing, there is no
way to edit the shapes after export.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached example Writer file. The shapes can be edited by the
points.
2. Save as .docx, reopen it in Word

Actual results:
In docx, the shapes customization points are missing.

Expected results:
Docx shapes should have the points like the original .odt shapes.
