Description:
Open attached file. Save as in XLSX. After reload the file in standard filter
date value change into numbers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached file
2.Save as XLSX
3.Reload the file

Actual Results:
In standard filter date format is changed into simple number format

Expected Results:
There should be date format


Reproducible: Always
