Actually the problem with comment 3 is still reproducible in

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha1+ / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 268f27f6623334b81762b068f842c944a7541f25
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.7; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

and the office-interoperability-tools still found many files affected by
