DOCX: wrong layout in the document

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open DOCX from attach in LO
2. Look at it and comparize with good view in MS Word (see screenshot in
attach)


Actual Results:
wrong layout in the document

Expected Results:
the document looks as in MS Word


Reproducible: Always
