Description:
Image caption frame border not properly exported (smaller) and image got bigger

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload

Actual Results:
Border lines are thinner.. image bigger

Expected Results:
Similar to ODT


Reproducible: Always
