The example file and its DOCX version in Writer

Confirming the problem with:

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha1+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 93a3e2f86c27b06062708fe788963a0e49f3a90b
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (hu_HU); UI: en-US
Calc: CL

Here the vertical alignment of the frame is Bottom to Paragraph text area.
This changes in Writer to Top to Line of text.
Word indicates Bottom to Line (of text), but that's also incorrect, the shape
appears above the "I. Application map" heading instead of below it.

This is similar to bug #117692
There the vertical alignment of the frame is Top to Paragraph text area.
This changes to Top to Line of text in Writer.
(hm, this value I see now is not the one on the screenshot of
