I've reviewed thousand of bugs - as a volunteer. 
Never saw such a stupid and rude report of person who didn't bother to read BZ
rules before spit out it's 1st report, insulting both all contributors and the
whole nation of India. 
Report indicated he saw the similar report already, just used this to spread
his anger and bad behavior. 
He should simply be blocked.
