Embedded Table oscillating around while making a selection with the keyboard

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 151237 (116501)
2. Scroll to page 2, and set zoom you can see the full page
3. Place cursor before: >> DELETE THIS LINE << >> DELETE THIS LINE << >> DELETE
THIS LINE <<   
4. Press and hold CTRL+SHIFT ARROW RIGHT

Actual Results:
Notice the embedded table oscillating like mad

Expected Results:
Keyboard shouldn't cause re-render


Reproducible: Always
