Seems the import of xls is even worse with
Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 5fb7f66d240fec32a4751d331a215307ad994cbb
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 21390; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: es-ES (es_ES); UI: en-US Calc: threaded.

Only the arrow of rebasing the cell is showed. Changing alignment to right
shows fine, but the left arrow persist.
