I have the same issue on LO 7.1.4.2 with Ubuntu 20.04 (but not with LO 6). I
use A6 with booklet option. It never remember the A5 for the booklet. It's
always with A4. I change the settings in LibreOffice -> File -> Print settings
and now it's working fine.
