Description:
The menu item customise in the menu View - Toolbars has an icon. In the menu
Tools the menu item customise has no icon. Both menu items open the same dialog
box.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the menu View - Toolbars and menu Tools
2.

Actual Results:
In the menu Tools the menu item customise has no icon.

Expected Results:
The menu item customise in the menu Tools should have the same icon as the menu
item in the menu View - Toolbars.


Reproducible: Always
