Description:
Animated Gifs playback slower in Slideshow mode on Libreoffice Portable than
they do in desktop Libreoffice for Windows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Libreoffice Portable
2. Open ODP Presentation
3. Play ODP presentation - animated gifs playback very slowly in slideshow mode
compared to desktop. 

Actual Results:
As above. 

Expected Results:
Animated gifs should play at normal playback speed and not a slow speed. 


Reproducible: Always
