Description:
LibreOffice Writer – Issue with the [Paragraph Selection] section status bar
When clicking on the [Paragraph Selection] section, the icon stays the same,
but if I move the mouse pointer away from the [Paragraph Selection] section
then move the mouse pointer back to the [Paragraph Selection] section, the tool
tip changes (Standard, Extending, Adding, and Block)
        ◦ In the thefrugalcomputerguy’s tutorial on LibreOffice v3 Writer, the
text in the [Paragraph Selection] section switches between: STD, EXT, ADD, BLK
showing visual evidence of the change.

Actual Results:
