Example file from Word with a deleted shape

Attached example file has change tracking enabled and a drawing shape has been
deleted in Word.
When opened in Writer there is no change tracking information imported.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file
    2. Edit – Track Changes – Manage

Actual results:
Dialog is empty, deletion of the shape cannot be approved/rejected.

Expected results:
Dialog should have a deletion entry that can be approved/rejected.
