Summary: EDITING Adding/removing bullets&numbering is not
change tracked
Product: LibreOffice
Version: Inherited From OOo
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org

Example file from Writer with some numbered paragraphs
n track changes mode turning on/off bullets&numbering on a paragraph does not
create recorded change tracking entries.
It would be a nice feature to have for interoperability.
Writer already can import changes on bullets&numbering from docx and re-export
those to docx, just the recording support at editing time is missing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached document
2. Select the “Second paragraph” and turn off its numbering
3. Select the “Sixth paragraph” and turn on its numbering
4. Edit – Track Changes – Manage
Actual results:
There are no tracked changes recorded.
Expected results:
Two changes of Formats type should be recorded for the addition and deletion of
numbering.
