attachment 172974 saved to PPTX with latest nightly

This is a followup to bug 142913
Now the “Start from” setting of a PPTX-slideshow is imported, but still not
saved back to PPTX.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attachment 172974 from bug 142913
    2. Open Slide Show – Slide Show Settings
    3. Observe that the Range is now set to From Second slide
    4. Close the dialog, save the file to PPTX, reopen
    5. Open Slide Show – Slide Show Settings

Actual results:
Range is now All slides.

Expected results:
The From: Second slide setting should be retained on save.
