I can confirm the faulty behaviour in 7.1.0.3 and 7.1.1.1. It not only happens
for the button, but for all other objects as well.

It is still OK in 7.0.4.2.
It seem that the technique for the navigator has been changed from 7.0 to 7.1,
because in 7.1 there is an insert mark in form of a line, which does not appear
in 7.0.
The mark, by the way, is one line too high; the same is the case for the
navigator in the sidebar.
