LibreOffice uses IAccessible2 and MSAA, there is *NO* UIA implementation.

There is no LO accessible event associated. 

NVDA's position reporting in LO, NVDA + (nnumpad) DEL, is reading the cursors
position in LO in points, but relative to the screen (0, 0 )cartesian at top
left of active screen.
