Description:
When opening up LibreOffice, the text color in the menu does not invert/lighten
in order to make it readable in dark mode. This bug only occurs in the startup
menu, not the editors.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run Ubuntu 20.04 in dark mode.
2.Open LibreOffice 7.0+
3.

Actual Results:
Text color does not lighten/invert

Expected Results:
The text color should be lightened/inverted


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes
