Description:
FORMATTING in Writer - TABLES - Paragraph - All Selected Cells are not
Formatted when Using Paragraph - Line Spacing - Fixed line size.
In previous versions when you selected table - before version 6 - all cells
would change paragraph formatting when you wanted each cell to be the same
line- size format. recently this hasn't been working correctly. Tried various
versions and various operating systems and still didn't correct error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make table of several cells and columns
2. enter text
3. select all cells
4. Format > Paragraph... > Indents & Spacing
5. Line Spacing > Select "Fixed"
6. of [Enter number] - 

Actual Results:
Either it doesn't change the line spacing in all cells or only changes
formatting in one cell

Expected Results:
that all selected cells should have the same fixed line spacing
