Description:
entering function frequency(range;critera) and using the wizard to specify the
ranges of both range and criteria, after selecting the ranges, enters the first
cell number twice. After using it name error is generated but you before you
see what causes this error it costs a lot of time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose destination range and place cursor in first cell
2. enter = and choose "frequency" out of list of functions
3. in wizard window click next, click icon to go to spreadsheet for selecting
first rage
4. Select first range and return to wizard window.
5. Now I see the error: first cell number 2 times present
6. With criteriarange the same occurs

Actual Results:
without corrected it, #name error

Expected Results:
obvious
