Description:
Trying to change the position of a sheet in a large presentation, sometimes I
use cut/paste. I noticed that on plasma desktop (5.21) impress refuses to paste
the sheet but just paste the content of the sheet above the content of the
selected sheet 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.cut a sheet of a presentation
2.select an existing sheet and paste


Actual Results:
impress just puts the content of the pasting sheet above the one you selected

Expected Results:
Impress shoud paste the sheet just after the one you selected (as it does for
example on gnome)


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
