A pointer to available filters for --convert-to and --infilter names:

The name to use for a filter is the node element's oor:name property in a .xcu,
e.g.
"Text - txt - csv (StarCalc)"
in
https://git.libreoffice.org/core/+/refs/heads/master/filter/source/config/fragments/filters/Text___txt___csv__StarCalc_.xcu
for the Calc Text and CSV filter.
