For footnote tab:

Paragraph -> Footnote text
Text area -> Anchor in text
Footnote area -> Anchor in footnote

For endnote tab:

Paragraph -> Endnote text
Text area -> Anchor in text
Footnote area -> Anchor in endnote

iiuc, all control names in dialog needs colons.
