Could you give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps?

What embedded database do you use? Firebird or Hsqldb?
On which MacOs version are you?

Do you use a specific theme?

Do you reproduce this on a brand new file with just 2 fields an id field for
primary key + test memo field?

Would it be possible you attach your file? Of course you must sanitize it (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bugzilla/Sanitizing_Files_Before_Submission)
