Even if I accepted your reasoning 100%, you didn't even bother to state it when
closing.

Also - I don't. That is, I believe a dependent bug is a better fit. In the
literal sense, it is not the same problem even if the same code is reponsible.
Also, it is theoretically possible that the other bug is fixed without a proper
fix for this bug.
