Description:
When I insert a cross reference to a bookmark, the label of the bookmark in
gray background schould apprar, but instead of it only a gray vertical line
appear. See the attached file here:

Actual Results:
You try to insert a cross reference to a bookmark anywhere in a document.

Expected Results:
The lebel of the bookmark should have been appeared in gray vackground.
But only a vertical gray line appears.
