Description:
Dragging image to certain position causes jump up & delay

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the top left image and drag it to right corner (within text margins)
(delay)
3. Cut the image & paste it inside the header
4. Drag it down to the same position -> smooth

Actual Results:
2 seconds delay after mouse release

Expected Results:
Smooth (and ideally not snap back).. as doesn't actually go to right corner
(comparing with anchor in header


Reproducible: Always
