Attached is already modified DOCX, not original from Word, as it should.
Also, unless this exact combination makes a problem, seems like 2 issues.

As for Title and Subject document properties: field from Word docx is read in
Writer as text and not updated if title/subject is changed, but it's still
saved to docx, so opens as last field content from Writer and updates correctly
in Word. That would be a bug for itself. 
(like we had a bug on this but I cannot find).

As for "fields modified in LO are not modified when open in MSO", we should
have a source DOCX from MSO and exact steps. Because I had different results
when I tried. Not sure if it was about content or positions of those fields.
