Page Style -> Area -> bitmap -> stretched fill page within page margins (all
others total page fill)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Page Style -> Area -> bitmap 
3. Pick a bitmap & set fill to stretched

Actual Results:
Fill within page margins

Expected Results:
Full page as every other case


Reproducible: Always
