It wouldn't be helpful to me because I approach the page from either the
command itself being interested in its functionality or looking for a
how-to-do-something. The only information is the first sentence without reason
and technical background (lists generated on-the-fly vs. lists with a special
style) neither an example ("continue numbering" was easy to understand although
not precise).
But we had this conversation before and the help is done intentionally in this
form with, IIRC, the idea that users follow instructions like recipes (what I
also never do *g*).
So I'm the wrong person to ask about documentation.
