automatically assumes the formatting of the page area
it is pasted into.
Product: LibreOffice
Version: unspecified
Hardware: All
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: medium
Component: Writer

Description:
I am used to using microsoft word. When I copy text and paste text in microsoft
word, the pasted text appears on the page in its ORIGINAL size and formatting.
This is a massive part of the way I work in word.
I have recently switched to Libreoffice and i generally love it. But I am very
disappointed to see that when I copy and paste text in writer the pasted text
automatically takes on the size and formatting of the page area that I am
pasting into. Maybe some people like it but this is a huge bug for my way of
working.
Is it possible to include in libre writer settings an option to change this
automatic formatting feature?
Steps to Reproduce:
1.in writer, copy text.
2.paste it to another part of the document.
3.voila! the pasted text takes on the formatting of the page area it is pasted
into.
Actual Results:
the pasted text takes on the formatting of the page area it is pasted into.
Expected Results:
Kept the original size and formatting of the copied text
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
