Second proposal for Help to Add to List

Here is a help page proposal, based on the analysis in comment 35, and
responding to feedback in comment 36. Have attempted to make it "final".

The "red font" lines repeat respectively the menu and toolbar command sequences
described at the top of the help page. (will appear correct in published
version)
