            Bug ID: 141085
Summary: whishlist: ability to draw callout with line extending
from top or bottom of text box
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.1.1.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Impress
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: sergio.callegari at gmail.com

Description:
Currently it is possible to draw a callout where the callout line extends
either from the right or the left of the callout box (incidentally, once the
callout has decided the side it seems to be impossible to change it).

It would be nice to have the possibility to have the line extending from the
top or the bottom for cases where the textbox is large and directly below or
over the object to point at.

Incidentally, I believe that in the past this was configurable via a dialog,
that is no more present.

Steps to Reproduce:
Draw a callout text right below the object to point at and try to have the
callout line not to intersect the text box.

Actual Results:
You get an ugly effect, with the callout line passing over the callout text.

Expected Results:
The box should automatically realize that the callout should extend from the
top of the box or there should be a manual way to tell it so.

Reproducible: Always
