Bug ID: 141112
Summary: [EDITING] Original Size command on
multiple-image-selection changes their positions
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.4.4.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: pox_ox2 at yahoo.com
Description:
First reported in Bug 134305, forked from there as per requested.
Reconfirmed with Version: 7.1.1.2.
When resizing a "selection" of multiple images, the Original Size command does
not place their positions back. Bug 134305 requests that when an Original Size
command is applied to a "group", the position of all objects inside that group
should return to the original positions as well.
This report requests to keep the behaviour between "groups" and "selections"
consistent, in order to minimize what users have to memorize, and/or to
minimize surprises.
Steps to Reproduce:
(1) Open attached ImageGroupTest1.ods
(2) shift-click select both images.
(3) Resize the selection.
(4) Right-click select "Original Size" command.
Or step (2') selecting multiple images by mouse-pointer-region-surrounding also
yields the same wrong result.
Actual Results:
The size of images will return to original, but their position are random.
Expected Results:
All images return to their original position.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Version: 7.1.1.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: fe0b08f4af1bacafe4c7ecc87ce55bb426164676
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: ja-JP (ja_JP); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
