Bug ID: 141207
Summary: [EDITING] Undo and text data can confuse top-N
formatting
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.4.5.2 release
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: xnp at 8wheels.org
Description:
If you have conditional formatting with the top N elements being highlighted,
then add text to the range, replace it with a large number, and undo, at the
end of the process, the Nth-highest number is not highlighted.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter the numbers 1-10 in a column
2. Highlight the entire column
3. Add a conditional formatting item, where the top 3 values should be styled
4. In row 11, enter "foo"
5. Overwrite "foo" with 11.
At the end of all the steps so far, the styling is correct.
6. Press <Ctrl+Z> to undo step 5
Actual Results:
Only two values, 9 and 10, remain styled.
Expected Results:
The third-highest value, 8, should be given back its styling.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
I believe that I have also seen an issue where the top 3 were highlighted and I
added a very high value which was highlighted, but none was unhighlighted, but
I am not able to reproduce this.
