Still a problem in:

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community

CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

It behaves a bit differently these days: If I set a cell to Good style, it
becomes Good 1 on save (maybe on reload, not sure...) but that will not become
Good 2 on another save.
Setting another cell to Good style and saving will become Good 2 on save.
