Description:
Selecting easily changes to a different area (and the range is also dubious)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select "timely manner" on the second line, by clicking right from it and
drag left
3. Move the mouse slightly down (so 50-75% on text and 25/50% on new row. The
right area of the line will be selected

Actual Results:
Right area selected

Expected Results:
Not to snappy. And not sure if they empty space selection making sense either.
What is included here? Only a soft page break?
