Example file from Word

Attached document contains a table followed by a paragraph with a table and a
paragraph of text, both in the header and the footer.
When opened in Writer the headers content opens correctly, but the footers
content is missing the paragraph.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document

Actual results:
Footer is missing the paragraph after the table.

Expected results:
Footer contains the paragraph after the table.

LibreOffice details:
Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community

Also happens way back to 3.6.0, when the table in the footer first showed up,
but the paragraph after it disappeared.
In 3.5 the table was not imported, only a few empty paragraphs in place of its
cells, but the consecutive paragraph was there.

This is the same document as in bug #141232 but without the field in the
consecutive paragraph.
