This was sent in mail - please just write here next time:

I mark a picture in the internet
ich click on Strg and copy
then I take a new document and
then I click Strg and v
now I have no picture at the dodument bat a frame - look at the Annex
this is also at the documents, that I have stored
all pictures there are lost
