This issue is related to bug 91260 and the comment in
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=689cead9e0837dc932e3a4cd765f7d319b529018

"Since commit a4dee94afed9ade6ac50237c8d99a6e49d3bebc1 Writer no
longer forces drawing objects to be entirely on one page. However since
there is only one SdrPage for the entire document, a drawing object
dangleing off the bottom of one page will be painted again on the next
page"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached document
2. Save it as PDF

-> In the generated PDF document, some text in page 2 is covered by the textbox
from page 1

Reproduced in

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 5262a9e88037decc26da84e7fa62f2955d4cdb85
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.7; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
