(In reply to Regina Henschel from comment #3)

Cannot reproduce.
1. New document.
2. Tools > Chapter Numbering (assign ABC numbering scheme to Heading 1)
3. Enter text with Text Body ps.
4. Enter text with Heading 1 ps.
5. Press Ctrl+Enter (with cursor at *END* of Heading 1 ps)
Actual and Expected Result: the PS on the new page is Text Body with no
outline level.
6. Press Ctrl+Enter (with cursor at *beginning* of text in Heading 1, as in
comment 0)
Actual: text (with Heading 1) moved to new page.
Expected: ??
7. Press Ctrl+Enter (with cursor *on list label* - if that is what "in front of
the outline number in comment 1 means?)
Actual: Empty "Heading 1" is added, followed by paragraph with cursor (i.e.,
on same page)
Expected: ??
Or is the OP possibly NAB? As I read comment 0.
"Expected: New empty line should have the appropriate number in front of it"
If "Next style" in "Heading 1" was changed to "Heading 1" , then next paragraph
would be Heading 1 after Ctrl+Enter (at the end of the Heading), and
appropriate number appears.
All tests with:
Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 6e4238018bf0408f2961e5708212e09a8c3597dc
