OK, on Windows 10 64-bit (1909) box, setting WDM "Custom scaling" to 250%, with
Skia or default GDI rendering, adding a comment to Writer with a 7.0.5 or 7.1.1
build results in the name and date of the comment being clipped as in OP.

but then with recent nightly against 7.2.0 on the same system scaled to 250%, I
