In LO 6.4, when I select part of a mis-spelled word, I do not get a list of
corrections when I right-click on the selection. Instead, I get the normal menu
with copy/paste extra, just like OP is asking for. So perhaps this has been
fixed?

I can't test this in bibisect, because it isn't giving my any dictionaries...
