And again, the pgDn/pgUp controls will *never* page at full screen
increments--they adapt at the current canvas zoom to move the view port an
os/DE managed amount. There may be dev effort to adjust those movements for
more consistency cross platform--but probably not and it will remains => WF.

Otherwise, full page movements were implemented for bug 105776 with full page
movements via <Alt>+<pgDn> or <Alt>+<pgUp>, while adding <Shift> will do it
with selection.
