Description:
Scrolling a table big table with plenty of cells slow in single view (if
visible in full) or in multi-page mode with pages next to each other

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Multipage mode, pick zoom mode where you have 2 pages in a row
3. Scroll, up down (notice the delay of scrollbar) or even better simply drag
the scrollbar up down with mouse 

Actual Results:
Not as snappy as it ideally should be

Expected Results:
lags and delays


Reproducible: Always
